what we keep in our fridge represents a map of our daily living. refrigerators are symbolic passages to the intimacy of living alone, or cohabiting, co-working, co-creating.
food is always prepared, thrown, stored, cleaned or hidden, it’s stolen, exchanged, cooked.
despite their inner nature of containers/closed spaces, in this project we want to use refrigerators as public windows, dynamic showcases able to tell the stories around them.
we want open the dialogue by opening and displaying what our fridges contain, with no shame or guilt, but showing what we can offer and to establish connections and enriching interactions between people.
